Fuerteventura - Fuerteventura Golf Club
Fuerteventura Golf Club is the first golf course with 18 holes in Fuerteventura’s island. This island, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, offers stunning beaches, wild nature and an average annual temperature of 22 degrees. The golf course is located in Fuerteventura Golf Resort, with 1.500.000m2, the largest green area of the island between lakes, palm trees and a thoughtful landscaping.
The golf course was designed by Juan Catarineu, responsible for the design of other golf courses such as Isla Canela Golf. It is a golf course with 18 holes, par 72, where the hole 1 to 10 goes towards the sea with beautiful views over the Atlantic Ocean. The course runs next to 3 lakes connected by a small channel. There are 67 bunkers, shallow, well integrated into the design of the course, wide fairways and large greens, over 614m2 of average size.
